Skorpios Technologies ensures that it doesn’t use Conflict Minerals in any of its products through strict supplier oversight and supplier verification. Skorpios Technologies is committed to comply with the SEC conflict mineral reporting requirements and ensure our products do not contain gold, tantalum, tin and tungsten that are sourced from locations in the conflict region which are controlled by non-government military groups, or unlawful military factions. To achieve these commitments, Skorpios Technologies supports the actions of the EICC and GeSI and has obtained EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals reporting templates from each of our relevant suppliers and affiliates worldwide.

Skorpios Technologies complies with the International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and is registered with the U.S. Department of State.
Incorporated into Skorpios’ Security Management System are policies and procedures to implement all aspects of ITAR compliance as determined by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the U.S. Department of State.
Skorpios respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its customers, shareholders, employees, vendors, consumers, business partners and others. Skorpios strives to collect, use and disclose personal information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business, and has a tradition of upholding the highest ethical standards in its business practices.
Skorpios verifies product supply chains through the use of trusted vendors and verification of suppliers on the government debarred and denied parties lists. Skorpios does not use third parties for verification. Skorpios requires all suppliers to agree as a condition of contract that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Non-US suppliers are expected to comply with their local laws as well as applicable laws of the United States.
Skorpios does not conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards – specifically for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. To report suspected violations of human trafficking and slavery Skorpios has established a hotline at 1-512-356-2190. Skorpios promptly investigates all reported matters and takes action as needed, including disclosure to governmental authorities as appropriate.
Skorpios requires as a condition of contract that all suppliers commit to comply with applicable laws and regulations, but does not require suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.
